We first met Victoria and Duncan in 2016, Victoria had chosen beautiful Stanbrook Abbey for her wonderful winter celebration in February. She had a clear vision for her day and wanted to chanel opulence and glamour with a beautiful nude pink and gold palette.
Their ceremony was to be held in the breathtaking abbey, the abbey was simply accented with gypsophila posies, some white mixed floral pedestals and ceremony table flowers. On to their wedding breakfast room and we opted for beautiful nude pink ruffle hoods to compliment the lovely chiavari chairs, mixed candelabra and conical vase centrepieces with beautiful, white, floral ball arrangements. The flowers were provided by buttercups in Redditch, they did a wonderful job using a lovely mix of white hydrangea, roses and filler flowers.
Victoria wanted a simple but elegant cake, we designed a very tall 4 tier white cake, with quilting and piped pearl details and an oversized nude pink bow, we dressed the cake table with a champagne gold tablecloth and kept it simple with a tall white pedestal cake stand. Around the room, our chalk board a-frame informed guests of the order of the day and various props and signs were used around our vintage Victorian post box.
It was an absolute pleasure to work at this wonderful venue and with such a lovely couple.
Thanks for choosing us for your special day!
